1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the MietRadar platform operated by Digital Service Platforms L.L.C-FZ and to all contracts concluded through it.
2. Subject of the service
MietRadar provides a digital platform on which users can search property listings and contact landlords. The listings come from the respective landlords; MietRadar is not a party to the tenancy.
3. Access and prices
- Platform access is provided for a one-time payment of €79 .
- After payment the access can be used without a time limit; no subscription is created.
- The invoice is sent by email.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content before the withdrawal period ends, you lose your right of withdrawal when the provision begins, pursuant to § 356 (6) BGB (German Civil Code).
5. Obligations of users
Users undertake to provide truthful information and not to misuse the platform. Content provided through the platform may not be redistributed without consent.
6. Liability
MietRadar is not liable for the availability, accuracy or lawfulness of listings posted by landlords. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence and for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
7. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
